JOGLE is the common acronym for the John O’Groats to Land’s End walk, the other direction being LEJOG.  I have called this my big JOGLE because I am adding in a climb of the 3 highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales; Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdon.

The walk of around 1,000 miles is scheduled between April 15th and June 15th 2016.  I am raising money for 3 charities that each have strong personal connections but also share a common theme – beating cancer.  Once I get started you can follow my progress and see various statistics and photos on the ‘Tracking & Statistics’ page.

Holt School Trust
The charities above are two of many wonderful organisations that are researching cures and providing care for patients and families. But we also need to make sure we have educated people coming through to carry on the great work.  As a governor at The Holt School I want to help them realise their next major project; a new 6th form centre.
